About Terra de Cuques Blanc

Terra de Cuques Blanc represents Dominik Huber's latest venture, a white wine from the D.O. Priorat crafted from Pedro Ximénez and Garnacha vines cultivated in accordance with environmentally respectful organic viticulture standards.

The grapes are hand-harvested, undergo whole cluster fermentation for 5 days in stainless steel and concrete tanks, and subsequently age for an additional 6 months in concrete.

We are presented with a complex, highly distinctive, incredibly mineral, and drinkable Priorat, a white wine with soul.

2022

Terra de Cuques Blanc 2022 is a creamy white wine with an attractive golden colour. In its expressive nose, it displays aromas that evoke minerality and fruits with yellow tones and floral and spicy nuances. On the palate, it has a mineral character, evoking the Mediterranean environment, and a refreshing acidity that complements the tasting experience.
2019

Terra de Cuques Blanc 2019 is a vibrant and citrusy white wine. Olfactorily, it is exceedingly refined, featuring mineral nuances and hints of oxidative character. On the palate, it is taut and invigorating, with spicy undertones of white currant, loquat, and spring blossoms.
2012 This wine is full and rich, with a high concentration of fruit. Velvety and unctuous texture, silky on the palate. Structured, with a fantastic acidity and a sexy, bitter touch at the end. Long and persistent finish. Complex yet surprisingly easy to drink.

Nice straw yellow colour with golden reflections and steely edges. Clean and very bright. Abundant tears on the glass.

Medium-high intensity aromas that become more expressive upon swirling the glass. Elegant and fragrant floral and mineral notes prevail with hints of white fruit. Aniseed nuances, sweet spices and fine toasted notes gradually appear.
2011 In the palate, this wine is round and shows abundant notes of fruit. It has a velvety unctuous texture and a silky mid palate. A structured wine with an excellent acidity and a very appealing final bitter touch. Long and persistent finish. A complex and at the same time surprisingly easy-drinking wine.

Nice straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and waxy edges. Clean and very bright. Abundant tears.

Medium-high intensity nasal aromas which become increasingly expressive as the wine gets aerated.  Its elegant and fragrant floral and mineral notes stand out on the aromas of white fruit. Little by little, some aniseed and honeyed hints appear along with sweet spices and refined toasted aromas.
