About Terroir al Límit Històric Negre

Històric Negre is a red wine from the D.O. Priorat, produced by the Terroir al Límit winery. Terroir al Límit is a winery that understands and focuses on the importance terroir, producing wines that reflect and convey the true characters of the terroir from where they come from.
 

The winery also follows the practises of organic viticulture, showing great respect to the earth. To produce this wine, harvests are carried out of different plots in various towns in the Priorat.
 

Històric Negre is a blend of two different grape varieties: Garnacha Tinta (75%) and Cariñena (25%). After undergoing maceration for 10 days without any method of extraction in cement vats, the wine is aged for 6 months before being bottled.

2021

Terroir al Límit Històric Negre 2021 is a youthful and fruity red wine, boasting a fluid and light profile. On the nose, it reveals crisp aromas of pomegranate, hibiscus, fennel, and blackberry, accompanied by subtle hints of smoky garrigue. On the palate, it features granular tannins that structure a balanced, juicy, and delightful flavour. An excellent choice for those seeking a fresh and easy-to-enjoy wine.
