In an increasingly frenetic world, where progress distances us from responsibility, at Torresella they have chosen to return to their roots.

Adjacent to the majestic Venetian Lagoon, they celebrate nature as their true home and teacher. Each grape, each plot, each bottle, is a promise to give back to the land what it generously offers us.

Their labels pay homage to the mosaic of Venetian sandbanks, viewed from the perspective of a bird in flight: earth, water, and sky blend in perfect harmony over the lagoon. Their dry white wines are modern interpretations of the local D.O.C. and I.G.T., crafted for those who seek freshness, elegance, and delicate fragrances.

Torresella Pinot Grigio DOC Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie is a perfect example. The ripe, delicate grapes are gently crushed upon arrival at the winery and left to rest overnight to separate the pure juice from the solids. The must is cooled to 10 °C, naturally clarifying without enzymes that might extract harsh textures from the pinot grigio's copper skin. Subsequently, the clarified juice ferments in stainless steel tanks at 16-18 °C, while the malolactic fermentation is inhibited to preserve the fruit's purity and the fresh acidity that distinguishes this wine.
