About Viñas de Anna Pinot Noir

Viñas de Anna Rosado Flor de Rosa is a rosé wine from D.O. Catalunya produced by Codorniu.

 

Codorníu was the name of a family of winegrowers, whose tradition can be tracked back to the 16th century. In 1872, the Codorníu family partnered with the Raventós family. Together, they started to make cava in Penedés with the foundation of the winery Codorníu in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona). 

Codorniu is one of the leading wineries in D.O. Cava. A large company that produces a great amount of bottles, without neglecting the quality that they have had since their foundation.

 

Viñas de Anna Rosado Flor de Rosa is a wine made from Pinot Noir and Grenache.

After the harvest, and once they arrive at the winery, the grapes go through a soft maceration. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature of 16-18ºC. After the fermentation ends, the wine rests for a few months in stainless steel deposits before it is bottled.
