Manzanilla wine, The delicacy and Atlantic character of Marco de Jerez

Manzanilla wine is made with palomino grapes from Jerez territory, using the biological ageing system know as "velo de flor", and pursuing an ageing process using the system of criaderas and soleras in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz). Manzanilla wine is ideal for appetisers, since it is the lightest of those from Marco de Jerez. It is a pale, dry wine with a very light acidity, and its pungent aroma is what makes it unmistakable to the palate and adored by lovers of generous wines.
