About Yllera Crianza 12 meses

Yllera is a red wine produced from the winery Yllera in the region of Castilla and León.

Yllera is produced from the varietal tempranillo, syrah y cabernet sauvignon. The grapes originate from vineyards that are 15-20 years of age.

The harvest is conducted manually in small containers, where a double selection process occurs, in the vineyard and at the winery.

For production, the grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 3 weeks in stainless steel containers, where malolactic is also carried out.

Once this process is finished, Yllera is aged in American (80%) and French (20%) oak barrels for 12 months, and then a further 12 months in the bottle.

With over 30 years' worth of history, Yllera is one the most recognised wines at the winery.
