Zalto nº 75 is a decanter made by Zalto for serving fresh wines and refreshing drinks.

With a most elegant design, the Zalto No. 75 Decanter is specially designed to enhance the flavours and increase the freshness of wines. With a height of 248 mm and a capacity of 820 ml, it is so versatile that it can even be used to serve any kind of refreshing drink in a way that looks really classy.

After almost 200 years of perfecting the techniques of manual glass blowing, in the style of the great Venetian glass artists of the Renaissance, Zalto got there in 2006, with the work directed by Hans Denk. He is an Austrian priest known for his oenological knowledge, who advised the Austrian company when they created a new collection inspired by the effects of the Earth’s tilt. This has resulted in a complete range of glasses and decanters that release the maximum aromas and flavours from the wine.

Zalto is particularly known for using lead-free glass in all of their handmade products. This is a material that can be extremely thin but strong, resilient and elegant. In addition, although wine only spends a short time in the glass and there is no danger to health, wine tends to stay in the decanter for a longer period of time, which means it is important that the material does not contain lead.
