Zisola Doppiozeta Noto Rosso is a red wine born from the estate's three most select plots, cultivated in bush-trained vines following principles of organic viticulture. The grapes of the nero d’Avola variety undergo natural fermentation, with an extended maceration of over 30 days and aging for more than 16 months in 500-litre oak barrels that impart structure and elegance. The wine is further refined for 4 months in concrete tanks. Each bottle of Zisola Doppiozeta Noto Rosso captures the mineral-rich and warm essence of Sicilian soil, showcasing a perfect harmony between artisanal tradition and unique personality.
