About Divina Proporción Abracadabra

Abracadabra is a red wine from Toro, produced by Divina Proporción, a winery founded in 2009 but which did not release its first wine until 2011.

The climate in this area is continental with Atlantic influences, characterized by very hot summers (up to 40 degrees) and very cold winters (minimum of -10 degrees). There is also a large temperature variation between days and nights.
This wine is a varietal Tinta de Toro from vines over 40 years old, the vineyards have been grown under ecological guidelines. As for the design, malolactic fermentation takes place in the barrel and then the wine remains in barrels of French and American oak for 12 months. We recommend aerating an hour before enjoying.

Divina Proporción Abracadabra 2022 is a red wine with a deep cherry hue and purple highlights, exhibiting a dense tear. On the nose, it presents aromas of blackberries and plums, complemented by lactic notes, undergrowth, cedarwood, coffee, and balsamic touches. On the palate, it is powerful and unctuous, with pronounced minerality and a long, persistent finish that leaves a concentrated profile.                       
2021

Divina Proporción Abracadabra 2021 envelops us with a ballet of scents where ripe blackberries and succulent plums take center stage. With a subtle twist, hints of creamy yogurt and the freshness of the forest floor emerge, crowned by a halo of cedar and a whisper of coffee. On the palate, it unveils with vigor and a velvety texture, leaving an enduring impression of minerals. Its finish is akin to a magical act: lengthy, lingering, and replete with intensity.
2019

Abracadabra 2019 is a robust red, boasting a cherry-red hue with garnet edges. On the nose, it is pronounced, revealing aromas of toffee, Mediterranean scrub, cedar, aged cheese, coffee, cocoa, blackberry, and plum. The palate is silky, with rich flavors of cocoa and chocolate liqueur. It culminates in a lengthy and delightful finish. Eminently quaffable.
2013

The palate is broad, smooth and elegant. Perfectly balanced with excellent acidity. Mature and very pleasant tannins. Long and very persistent.



Dark cherry red cardinal reflections. Clean and bright.



The nose presents fruity aromas alongside toasted flavours, florals and sweet spicy notes. Subtle balsamic and mineral background. It is a balanced, complex and elegant wine.
2012 Ample, unctuous and elegant. Perfectly balanced, with the same complexity as the nose. Long, tasty and very fresh on the palate, with an excellent integrated and crisp acidity and strong balsamic notes. Lively, ripe and very enjoyable tannins. Long and very persistent finish with notes of stewed fruit.  A great value red wine.

Beautiful dark cherry colour with violet reflections. Clean and very bright wine with abundant, tinted, dense slow-falling tears.

Very closed at first, but after a while intense fruity aromas are released along with nice toasted notes, some floral hints, sweet spices, notes reminiscent of wet earth and undergrowth and some mineral and balsamic nuances. A balanced, elegant and complex wine.
2010 It is ample, unctuous and elegant. Perfectly balanced wine in which the complexity noticed in the nose appear once again. Long, tasty and very fresh mid palate, with an excellent integrated and crispy acidity and marked balsamic notes. Lively, ripe and very pleasant tannins. Long and very persistent finish with notes of stewed fruit.  A great red wine with a great value for money.
