About Albert Bichot MR No Sulfite

In the winery, the grapes undergo fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, where the wine is also aged for a duration of 5 months. It is then bottled unclarified, unfiltered, and without the addition of sulphites.
