A paper boat sailing amidst vineyards: this is Barco del Corneta, the endeavour of Beatriz Herranz in La Seca (Valladolid, Spain), the cradle of verdejo. A narrative that began as a gesture of love towards her grandfather's land and today stands as a symbol of authenticity, respect, and creative freedom.

The winery, built with patience and conviction, revives the soul of verdejo from a different perspective: elegant wines, with a long finish and free from excesses, which capture the essence of a unique terroir. Barco del Corneta is more than a winery, it is a shared journey, where tradition and nature gently yet firmly set the course.

Barco del Corneta Loseco embodies the freshest and most accessible expression of this spirit: a white wine crafted from viura and verdejo from organic vineyards at an altitude of 750 metres. Vinified in an artisanal manner, with spontaneous fermentation and partial ageing in stainless steel tanks and used 300-litre French oak barrels, it offers a subtle and honest complexity. Its clean, structured, and vibrant character is the result of meticulous work that honours both the grape and the land that nurtures it.
