Bérêche & Fils Brut Reserve is a champagne made with the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir varieties produced by the Bérêche & Fils winery in Champagne, France.

The grapes used to make the Bérêche & Fils Brut Reserve champagne come from 7 hectares of plots with vines that are around 40 years old and located in Ludes, Ormes, Mareuil-le-port and Trépail.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place slowly in small wooden tanks and with native yeasts. The resulting wine is not filtered and rests for 24 to 36 months before “tirage”, which takes place in the bottle with a cork stopper.

Bérêche & Fils is a hundred-year-old maison in the Champagne region that is committed to organic agriculture and following a meticulous and minimal intervention process that promotes spontaneous fermentations and works hand in hand with nature. This allows them to produce high quality grapes that give rise to sparkling wines that are a true reflection of the Champagne region’s terroir and beautiful elegance.
