Bérêche & Fils Le Cran Premier Cru  is a champagne made with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties produced by the Bérêche & Fils winery in Champagne, France.

Bérêche & Fils is a hundred-year-old Champagne maison where brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche have worked closely with their father Jean-Pierre to produce sparkling wines that are capable of showcasing the full beauty and elegance of Champagne.

That is why they cultivate their plots following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture and with minimal intervention. They believe that extraordinary wines are born in the vineyard, and their job is to look after the environment and work with and guide nature through the simplest possible processes to produce extraordinary high-quality raw materials. When these grapes reach the winery, they are treated with care, respecting natural fermentations with native yeasts and encouraging slow fermentations to get the maximum expression of the variety and the terroir.

Bérêche & Fils Le Cran Premier Cru  is made from clusters from vines aged around 45 years old that come from the heart of the Reims mountain with predominantly very calcareous soils. This sparkling wine is a great example of delicacy and patience, knowledge of varieties and plots and an effort to convey the qualities of the land and the greatness of Champagne. A luxury that is definitely worth more than it costs.
