In the countryside of Modena (Italy), where lambrusco is usually the star, a parallel story emerges that defies conventions: that of a sparkling white wine born with the same artisanal and rebellious spirit. Its name, Steve, already signals that there is no room for the conventional here, but rather for the freshness and authenticity of a frizzante wine that dares to be different.

The Azienda Agricola Terrevive, established in 2008 by the Bergianti family, has embraced biodynamics as its guiding philosophy. Every plot, every animal, every tree is part of a living organism that breathes in harmony with nature. Here, there is no talk of industrial techniques or repeated formulas: cultivation is done with patience, harvesting is manual, and vinification respects the grape's natural rhythm, for the goal is not to manufacture wine, but to accompany and safeguard it.

From this vision arises Bergianti Steve Bianco Frizzante, crafted from the varietals grechetto gentile, trebbiano di Modena and trebbiano di Spagna. The handpicked grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation separately, with indigenous yeasts; they mature in cement and are bottled unfiltered, with must from the same vintage added to trigger the second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a lively sparkling wine, certified organic and biodynamic, where tropical fruit intertwines with vibrant acidity and a freshness that invites the next sip.
