Franciacorta is not merely a wine region in Italy; it is synonymous with luxury sparkling wines, crafted using the traditional method that elevates the finest Champagnes. And if there is one project that truly masters this land and its bubbles, it is Ca' del Bosco.

Founded in 1964 by Albano Zanella and Annamaria Clementi in Erbusco, Ca' del Bosco began as a family venture that has now become an icon of the Franciacorta denomination. Under the leadership of Maurizio Zanella, the founders' son, the winery established itself as a pioneer in the region. Inspired by Champagne, Maurizio developed traditional methods since the 1970s, resulting in sparkling wines of exceptional elegance and complexity. The cuvée Annamaria Clementi, dedicated to his mother, embodies family excellence and has positioned Ca' del Bosco at the pinnacle of Italian sparkling wines globally.

Ca' del Bosco Annamaria Clementi is crafted from 31 certified organic vineyards, with an average age of 30 years, where each grape variety is cultivated with environmental respect, allowing each cluster to authentically express the essence of Franciacorta.

The harvest is manual, and the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes are transported in small crates before undergoing a meticulous process of individual selection, washing, and drying. Only the musts from the first pressing enter alcoholic fermentation, conducted in small oak barrels dried for at least 3 years. After 6 months of aging on lees with malolactic fermentation, the finest barrels from the 31 base wines are selected. The maturation continues for over 8 years on lees, until disgorgement without oxygen, using a patented system and without adding dosage, giving this cuvée its zero dosage character.
