About Can Rich Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature

There are flavours that are an intrinsic part of a place's soul. In Ibiza (Balearic Islands), one such flavour is that of hierbas ibicencas, a golden, aromatic, and warm liqueur that has graced celebrations, after-dinner moments, and traditions for centuries. More than just a drink, it is almost a ritual, a way to toast to the island, its people, and its roots.

At Can Rich, this essence remains more vibrant than ever. Established in 1997 and located between the municipalities of Sant Antoni and Buscastell, this winery has been committed from the outset to reviving and honouring the authentic products of the Land of Ibiza. This is how they distil their own hierbas ibicencas, using a recipe faithful to tradition: local aromatic plants, hand-picked and lovingly macerated, as has always been done.

However, the soul of Can Rich extends beyond tradition. It also looks to the future, with a clear focus on sustainability, organic viticulture, and innovation. From this vision arises their most elegant sparkling wine: Can Rich Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature.

Made entirely from malvasía grapes, organically cultivated on their Can Llaudis estate within the Ses Salines Natural Park, this wine is a tribute to the surrounding landscape. The grapes, hand-harvested in August, are gently pressed to obtain the precious free-run juice, which ferments at a controlled temperature before undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional champenoise method. It then spends 18 months on lees, developing complexity, creaminess, and finesse.

The result is Can Rich Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. An Ibizan sparkling wine that celebrates the freshness, elegance, and character of the island. A wine that invites you to toast to everything Ibiza represents... and to all that is yet to be discovered.
