Due to its strategic location, Ibiza (Balearic Islands) has served as a meeting point and home for some of the most influential civilisations in the history of the Mediterranean Sea. Phoenicians, Romans, and Carthaginians not only left their mark on architecture and trade but also on the land and its cultivation methods.

Inspired by this ancient heritage, the winery Can Rich was established with the clear purpose of honouring the island's vinicultural past through a balanced combination of tradition, organic farming, and modern techniques. With vineyards cultivated according to the principles of Organic Agricultural Production, Can Rich endeavours to ensure that each wine is a genuine expression of Ibiza's terroir: its climate, its soil, and its history.

In this context, one of its most meticulously crafted wines, Can Rich Rosat Brut Nature, was born. A sparkling wine made from monastrell and muscat petit grain vines, cultivated on trellises and hand-harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness. The grapes, carefully collected, are swiftly transported to the winery to preserve their freshness. After gentle pressing, the free-run juice is obtained, which ferments at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method that bestows upon it the magical bubbles.
