About Can Rich Ereso

Their estate, located within the Ses Salines Natural Park, is a perfect example: a protected space where vines thrive amidst biodiversity, salt flats, and Mediterranean breezes.

From this vineyard emerges Can Rich Ereso, a white wine crafted from malvasía grapes, handpicked in August when the sun gently kisses the clusters. After a delicate pressing, the free-run juice ferments in new French oak barrels, where it rests for three months before maturing in the bottle.

The result is an organic white wine, elegant, aromatic, and imbued with the spirit of Ibiza. A wine that not only tastes delightful but also feels good: for what it represents, how it is made, and everything it cherishes. Because choosing local is choosing authenticity.
