This estate, whose history dates back to Roman and Arab times, has become a sanctuary where tradition and family passion breathe life into every bottle, embodying the unique spirit of its surroundings.

Cortijo Los Aguilares is a family-run winery that for over two decades has worked with respect for the terroir, blending cutting-edge technology with the most meticulous tradition. Its 25 hectares of vineyards, nestled in a landscape of holm oaks, scrubland, and wildflowers, are cultivated by hand with organic certification, striving to extract the best from each variety and the microclimate that characterises the Serranía de Ronda. The estate boasts an ecosystem that is mirrored in the aromatic richness and personality of its wines.

Cortijo Los Aguilares Breñal is an elegant and expressive white wine originating from the estate's highest vineyard, crafted primarily from Garnacha Blanca, accompanied by Viognier and Vigiriega Blanca, aged for six months on lees in French oak barrels, concrete eggs, and stainless steel. Each grape is handpicked into small boxes and meticulously selected to ensure maximum purity.
