Both attributes are embodied in David Duband Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits Louis Auguste, a red wine crafted from Pinot Noir in Burgundy, specifically within the AOC Hautes Côtes de Nuits (located west of the Côte de Nuits region).

There, at his domaine in Chevannes (at the heart of the area), this connoisseur practices environmentally conscious viticulture, where the Pinot Noir grapes are handpicked and traditional foot treading is preserved.
