De Ladoucette has its origins in the eighteenth century and has some of the most extensive and famous vineyards in Pouilly Fumé. Currently it is Baron Patrick de Ladoucette who continues to head this mythical household and who continues to make some of the best wines in the area.

Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is a white wine aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks to keep its fresh and floral character intact. It remains there on lees for a total of 8 months.
