About Domaine d'Eole Blanc

Domaine d'Eole Blanc is a white wine made by Eola in the AOC Coteaux d'Aix in Provence using the Vermentino and Garnacha blanca varieties.

Domaine d'Eole was born out of the dream and passion of two men, Christian Raimont and Matthias Wimmer, who have spent 20 years seeking to make excellent wines in Côteaux de Provence. Using organic agriculture, a controlled yield and minimum intervention in the vineyard and winery, they have managed to create wines that are rich in aromas, colourful and full of nuance.

Domaine d'Eole Blanc comes from vineyards planted high up in a small valley with barren and stony soil. And being a dry area, the Mistral wind brings health benefits to the vine. They practice organic farming at all times and take into account biodiversity to try and maintain the natural balance of the plant. The grapes are harvested by hand.

When the grapes reach the winery, they are destemmed and pressed gently. Domaine d'Eole Blanc is then vinified and aged in heat-controlled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature.

Domaine d'Eole Blanc is a really pure white wine that is marked by a high up terroir and influences from the Mistral wind.
2018 Domaine d'Eole Blanc 2018 is an aromatic white wine with apricot notes and a light touch of brioche. On the palate it is lively, pure and fresh with a slight sweetness.
