About Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine

Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine is a natural red wine made from Jurançon Noir and sometimes with a littleMalbec, classified as a Vin de France. It is produced by Mas del Périé - Fabien Jouves in the Cahors area.

Mas del Périé - Fabien Jouves is a winery founded in 2006 by Fabien Jouves. It is located on the slopes of Trespoux, Cahors. It cultivates its plots biodynamically to fully respect nature, the vine and its surroundings. It vinifies naturally, without oenological additives, according to the principles of minimal intervention, and ageing it in concrete tanks, foudres and barrels.

The Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine grape comes from a single 0.5 hectare plot located on a hill 350 metres above sea level with calcareous soils. The vines have an average of 50 years and produce grapes that are few in quantity but structured and balanced.

Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine is harvested manually and is vatted whole in a cement tank and in barrels, macerating with the skins for 7 days. Once fermented it undergoes an ageing in the same tanks, in which it ferments for about 6 months. It is bottled without filtering or clarifying.

Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine is a very limited production wine. Only about 3,000 bottles are made per vintage. It is an ideal wine for accompanying any casual meal.
2018 Fabien Jouves You Fuck My Wine 2018 is a red wine with notes of raspberry and cherry. In the mouth it is fresh and intense but light and slightly rustic.
