Félix Azpilicueta Colección Privada Blanco is a white wine from the appellation of origin (D.O) La Rioja produced by the winery Azpilicueta, from the group Pernod Ricard. This is a monovarietal from Viura.

For production, the wine originates from 24 parcels of land distributed in different zones of La Rioja.

After the harvest and the transportation of the grapes for Félix Azpilicueta Colección Privada Blanco, the grapes of the various plots of land are vinified separately.

Once this first process is finished, the various different musts are obtained. These are subsequently fermented in toasted and very smooth American oak barrels for an extended period of time.

On completion of the alcoholic process, some of the wine also undertakes a malolactic fermentation process in the barrel.
