About Fuentespina 3 Meses Roble

New vintage of this classic wine from Ribera del Duero made of Tempranillo from vines aged of more than 20 years. After maceration with the skins and fermentation, the wine rests in American oak barrels for 3 months. A fresh and fruity wine.
Before this wine was called Fuentespina Granate Roble.
2010 Good attack, with intensity. Nice and silky mid palate. Outstanding notes of fruit with hints of toast and spices provided by the oak during its short ageing. Balanced acidity. Correct finish.

Intense cherry colour with violet edges. Clean and bright.

Good aromas of fresh fruit, among which the red fruit dominates the nose. Light toasted with notes of vanilla and a subtle vegetal touch. Very varietal.
2009 Powerful wine with a soft, gentle, smooth and tasty mid palate, full of fruit. Good acidity that provides it with freshness. Balanced wine with a long and pleasant finish.
