Gramona Ca la Mar Mustillant Blanc Ecològic is a semi-sparkling white wine produced by the Gramona winery in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, D.O. Penedès.

Gramona was founded in 1881 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Catalunya). After more than 130 years of experience in producing both cavas and wines, the fifth generation is currently in charge of the business, continuing with the family tradition and the philosophy they have applied in focusing their work on the winery over the years.

These past few years, Gramona has evolved in terms of the way it treats its vineyards, moving into organic agriculture and biodynamics, achieving the maximum balance of the vines with their surroundings, and in doing so infusing all its wines with character and uniqueness.

Gramona Ca la Mar Mustillant Blanc Ecològic is a wine made with Parellada and a few Macabeo grapes from the highest vineyards in the denomination, Pla de Manlleu, Pontons, Can Ferrer and Aigua Viva. All grown organically with official certification.

After harvesting, a gentle pressing is carried out and the resulting free-run must is vinified at a low temperature. The same yeasts are used for the first and second fermentation, thus ensuring that all the sugar is assimilated to perfection and the bubble is well integrated.

2018 Gramona Mustillant Blanc 2018 is a sharp white wine with aromas of green apples and daisies on the nose, and notes of fresh grass and lime peel. On the palate it is light with a subtle refreshing tingling brought by the carbon dioxide. A pleasant and lively wine.
2017 Gramona Mustillant Blanc is a semi-sparkling white wine that is light and very fresh. A vintage that is very floral on the nose, with this predominating over the fruity aromas. On the palate it is lively, direct and very fresh.
