Didier Grappe Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouille is a natural, organic and vegan white wine made with the Savagnin variety in the AOC Côtes du Jura (France) by Didier Grappe.

One of the best-known winegrowers in the Jura region, Didier Grappe set up his own project when he finished his studies at the Burgundy Wine School in 2001. Believing that winemaking work should focus on the vine, he works extremely hard in the vineyard to preserve the varietal character of each wine.

Didier Grappe Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouille comes from certified organic vineyards where no chemical products are used. These vines are aged between 10 and 40 years old and planted in iridescent marl soils, living alongside a rich natural biodiversity.

In the winery, the Didier Grappe Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouille grapes are gently pressed and fermented in fibre and stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtering, clarifying or adding sulphur.

Didier Grappe Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouille is a fresh, light and saline wine that stands out from the typical Jura wines. A true gastronomic white.

2018 Grappe Côtes du Jura Savagnin Ouille 2018 is a profiled white wine with citrus aromas and mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh, dense and vibrant. A medium-bodied wine with a brilliant acidity and a saline finish.
