About Habla nº 36

Extreme and enduring. This is how the province of Extremadura is defined, a land of contrasts, with scorching summers and cool nights, where the sun prevails and patience is a virtue. Yet this rugged and untamed character has never been an obstacle for the Tirado family, a clan from Cáceres who decided to challenge the climate, tradition, and even scepticism to turn a dream into reality: to create unique, exclusive, and thrilling wines in the heart of a land unaccustomed to them.

Thus was born Bodegas Habla, a project that transformed the perception of wine from Extremadura and elevated it to new heights of prestige. Their collection “Números” is a statement of intent. It operates as a limited series: each vintage, a number; each number, a distinct story.

Among them stands out Habla Nº36, a wine with an Extremaduran soul and a contemporary heart. It comes from syrah vineyards cultivated organically, where respect for the land prevails. Its continental climate, with significant temperature contrasts between day and night, imparts character, depth, and a natural balance impossible to replicate. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, seeking purity and freshness, while the 12-month ageing in French oak barrels adds elegance, texture, and that touch of mystery that makes each sip beckon for another.
