About Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé

Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine made by Jané Ventura with the Garnacha Tinta variety in the D.O. Cava (Catalonia).
 
Jané Ventura is a family winery that has been producing wines in Baix Penedès (Tarragona) since 1914. In 1985 they released their first bottled wines and in 1990 came their first cava. These are very personal wines that tell a story of where they are made: on the Mediterranean coast.
 
With their two estates lying at different altitudes, with different terrains and climates, Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé is made in Mas Vilella, a 7-hectare estate that enjoys a very unique location between the sea and the mountains, which results in a grape with very good aromas and flavours. 
 
In the winery, Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé ferments at 15ºC for 4 weeks. It then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and aged for an average of 18-30 months. Clarifying is carried out manually in a riddling rack and 4 gr./l of sugar (expedition liqueur) is added after disgorging.
 
Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé is a pleasant, fresh and fruity rosé cava that goes well with everything thanks to its subtle sweetness.
 
2021

Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé 2021 features an explosion of red fruit aromas, such as strawberry, combined with fresh citrus, floral, and underbrush herb notes. On the palate, it reveals freshness and body, showing elegant creaminess yet notable intensity. Its finish is dry, saline, and persistently pleasant, with the Garnacha standing out for its delicacy and fragrance. Irresistible!
2017 Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé 2017 is a fruity sparkling wine, redolent with the scent of fresh pomegranate and floral undertones. Upon tasting, it reveals a dry, crisp, and harmonious profile. This cava boasts a well-structured body and culminates in a prolonged, lingering finish.

Well balanced palate with good structure, dry and fresh, long lingering finish. Powerful and fruity. Bubbles are very well integrated.



The color of raspberries, with violet undertones. Good release of carbon with small bubbles.



Clean and honest aromas, notes of ripe red fruit (compote) dominate with floral touches.

Well balanced in the mouth, dry, light and fresh with a long,  
persistent finish.

 



A pink brilliant  colour. Good carbonic strength with small
bubbles.



Clean  aroma resulting from the combination of ageing aromas
(almond) with red fruit (strawberry, cherries) and floral aromas (anise,
country herbs) contributed by the base wine and secondary fermentation.
