Established in 1673 and in harmony with nature for over 40 years, the winery has evolved towards biodynamic agriculture 2.0, cultivating herbs, tending to animals, and respecting the rhythms of the earth, all to ensure each grape fully expresses its origin and personality.

Johannes Zillinger Parcellaire Rouge is the result of this philosophy: cabernet franc and syrah from the coolest plots, close to forests with limestone sandstone soils, carefully fermented separately in open vats and aged in 500-litre barrels. The manual selection, the cold pre-fermentation of the syrah, and the delicate ageing process allow the wine to exhibit precision, depth, and an intense character, with vibrant fruit, spices, and a mineral touch that faithfully reflects the terroir of Weinviertel (Austria).
