In the vineyards of Johannes Zillinger (Götzendorf, Austria), each vine is not merely a grapevine but part of a small universe where sheep, chickens, medicinal herbs, and trees coexist, cooling the land like a "natural air conditioner." Here, nature paints its own picture, and the winery simply frames it.

With over 40 years of cultivating in harmony with the earth, Zillinger has embraced biodynamics as a way of life: a circular agriculture that returns to the soil what it yields, transforming each bottle into a genuine expression of biodiversity and respect.

Johannes Zillinger Revolution White Solera is the finest testament to this. An extraordinary white wine, born from the maceration and ageing in amphorae of the chardonnay variety, a selection of previous vintages of scheurebe wines that fermented with their skins and rested in 600-litre acacia and oak barrels, and a riesling wine from a 9-year solera contained in 600-litre barrels and stainless steel. A true spectacle resulting in a vibrant and evolving wine, with layers of freshness, fruit, floral notes, and a mineral and spicy undertone that unfolds with each sip, inviting rediscovery with every glass.
