Located in Rodengo Saiano, at the heart of Franciacorta, La Valle derives its name from the family estate "La Valle," owned by the Pezzola family since 1890. Amid vineyards and Jurassic-origin hills, nature dictates the rhythm of the wines, while tradition blends with innovation at every stage of production.

Among its treasures, the Franciacorta Extra Brut Naturalis stands out, a wine that perfectly embodies La Valle's philosophy: respect for the land, meticulous care, and a passion for excellence. The grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir come from the region's most select vineyards, on calcareous soils that impart minerality and structure, and are hand-harvested, ensuring only the most perfect fruits reach the press.

After a gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, preserving all the freshness and aromatic expression of the fruit. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, creating those fine and elegant bubbles that make Franciacorta unique, and the aging on lees for at least 24 months adds complexity, depth, and a captivating balance.
