Finca Las Caraballas Verdejo is a white wine produced by Finca Las Caraballas, a winery situated in Medina del Campo, Valladolid.

Finca Las Caraballas was created to restore an old 145 hectare plot and convert it into a sustainable and organically cultivated estate. For this reason, they have various plantations, one of them being solely for vine cultivation, which encompasses 60 hectares. Finca Las Caraballas Verdejo ferments in stainless steel vats and is bottled in order to better represent the variety.
