Legaris Roble 2024 is that youthful red wine that enters with rhythm and ease, straight to enjoyment. It overflows with aromas of ripe red fruit —strawberries, cherries, a hint of plum— wrapped in a touch of vanilla that gives it an irresistible allure. On the palate, it is juicy, balanced, and with that subtle embrace of oak that adds character without diminishing its freshness. About Legaris Roble

Legaris Roble is a red wine from the DO. Ribera del Duero, crafted by the Legaris winery. The winery boasts 100 hectares of vineyards spread across two municipalities: Curiel de Duero and San Martín de Rubiales (Burgos).

Legaris Roble is produced entirely from the Tinto Fino variety. The grapes are sourced from the winery's own vineyards, planted on loamy-sandy, alluvial, and gravelly soils.

In its production, after a gentle destemming of the grapes, they were transferred to tanks for a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. Subsequently, the must fermented at a controlled temperature of 24°C to preserve its varietal aromas. The entire fermentation process lasted between 10 to 12 days. Upon completion, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Finally, Legaris Roble rested for approximately 3 months in American oak barrels. To refine the wine, it was clarified with egg albumin and lightly filtered.

Legaris Roble 2020 is a smooth red wine with pronounced fruit aromas and hints of vanilla and coconut notes. On the palate it is sweet, fresh and balanced. An easy-drinking red wine, with a pleasant mid-palate and a deliciously fruity finish. 
2019

Legaris Roble 2019 is an aromatic red wine. The nose is ripe, with aromas of cherries, spiced plums, mushrooms and veal stock. The palate is chewy and full-bodied with medium tannins. Meaty. Stony finish.
2014 Sweet and creamy, with a well-balanced acidity and round tannins. Pleasant and fruity finish.

Intense red colour with violet tones.

High intensity, aromas of ripe black fruit with toasty notes and a light touch of vanilla.

Aromatic and high intensity on the nose. Prominent ripe dark fruit aromas. They reflect the typicality of the grapes, and are complemented by notes of vanilla from the wine’s storage period in the barrel.
