About Llopart Integral Brut Nature

Llopart Integral Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made by the Llopart winery, from Corpinnat (the EU collective brand born in the Catalan Penedès region).

Llopart from Subirats (Barcelona) has been involved in the production and marketing of wine and sparkling wines since 1887, although the name of the family has traditionally always been linked to winemaking.

Llopart Integral Brut Nature is made from the Parellada, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo varieties. The grapes come from vineyards planted at an altitude of about 340 metres on loamy soils with rocky subsoil of marine origin.

It is made with wines that have undergone initial fermentation at a temperature of 15 ºC., Together with the unique coupage, this leads to the fruity peculiarities of the grape varieties being accentuated to the full.

To produce it, the flor must is fermented at a temperature of 15 ºC. The coupage of all the varieties is then carried out.

Once bottled the wine is stored in underground cellars or cavas, where it undergoes a second fermentation that will give rise to the sparkling wine.

After fermentation Llopart Integral Brut Nature is aged for 18 months in the underground cavas.

Llopart Integral Brut Nature 2019 is a dry sparkling wine (less than 3 g/L of sugar). The nose is complex and very attractive, penetrating and exotic, with aromas of apple, peach and pineapple. The palate is light and smooth, very fresh and vibrant. Very fine, well-integrated bubbles.
2013 Invigorating and sumptuously sweet. It boasts a nimble yet velvety texture. The effervescence is robust. Culminates in a prolonged and delightful finish.
