When a nearly vanished grape variety is revived in the form of a long-aged sparkling wine, the narrative turns into wonderment. Mascorrubí Escumoll Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a tribute to perseverance, respect for tradition, and the allure of the extraordinary: a blanc de blancs of white sumoll, an almost extinct variety now reborn in delicate bubbles and unexpected elegance.
 
Since 1279, the estate of Heretat Mascorrubí has been a silent witness to the passage of time, the harvests, and the hands that have tended to its vines. Situated over 500 metres above sea level, in Pla de Manlleu (Tarragona, Spain), this Catalan farmhouse has been revitalised through the vision of Ernest Pérez-Mas, who chose to return to the countryside to reclaim the roots of his childhood. Embracing a philosophy of maximum intervention in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the winery, the estate employs regenerative viticulture, biodynamic practices, and a profound commitment to sustainability.
