About Pam de Nas

Pam de Nas is a red wine produced by the winery Trossos del Priorat in the D.O. Priorat region.
Trossos del Priorat is a small family-owned winery that cultivates its vineyards according to organic farming principles. In fact, the winery is certified, although the wines they produce are not, as they purchase a small portion of the grapes used from old, uncertified vineyards.

Pam de Nas is a blend of the typical Priorat varieties, Garnacha and Carignan. The grapes are sourced from both their own estates and local growers.

Pam de Nas undergoes 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new and the other 50% are one-year-old barrels. 

A complex wine, true to the terroir and philosophy of Priorat.

2020

Pam de Nas 2020 is a red wine that stands out for its balance and depth. On the nose, alluring notes of ripe fruits such as plums and blackberries are perceived, complemented by a subtle spicy touch due to its barrel aging. On the palate, it reveals a full body, polished tannins, and well-integrated acidity that enhances its concentrated flavour. The finish is prolonged, leaving a pleasant memory of forest fruits and a slight hint of vanilla.

2010 The palate is a delicious, ripe, fresh and very pleasant. With a velvety step and sweet and elegant tannins.

A dark cherry red colour. Middle layer.

A complex and intense wine. A great presence of black fruit with spices and balsamic notes, minerals and Mediterranean herbs like thyme or rosemary.
