Partida Pedrer Rosat 2023 presents itself with an alluring orange hue that entices one to explore its complexity. About Partida Pedrer Rosat

Partida Pedrer Rosat is a natural and organic, barrel-aged rosé wine made by Sara i René Viticultors with the Garnacha Tinta variety in the D.O.Q. Priorat (Catalonia).
 
Sara Pérez and René Barbier are the couple behind Sara i René Viticultors. They are both children of renowned winemakers who reintroduced the world to the qualities of Priorat (Luis Pérs de Mas Martinet and René Barbier de Clos Morgador), and this couple have inherited their wisdom and passion for winemaking. Bellvisos is a small project that started with a small abandoned plot of old vines planted on a very steep slope. They work ecologically and sustainably to produce natural wines that are faithful to Priorat typicity. 
 
Partida Pedrer Rosat comes from a young plot facing north to take advantage of the cool shade and the warmth of the morning sun. These vines are planted in slate soils and cultivated using organic farming with the help of a mule and no chemicals. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. 
 
In the winery, Partida Pedrer Rosat does not have any wine products added. The grapes are pressed and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts for 6 months. Then the wine ages for 9 months in old barrels of different sizes and demijohns.
 
Partida Pedrer Rosat is a very Mediterranean wine that leaves behind the typical fruity character of a rosé and instead opts for complexity and longevity. An unconventional but very pleasing rosé.

2017 Partida Pedrer Rosat 2017 is a concentrated rosé wine with complex aromas of red fruits, wild berries, floral notes and touches of spice. On the palate it is light, delicate and elegant. A wine with good acidity, magnificent minerality and a velvety texture. The pleasant finish has subtle saline and minty touches.
