His wines, crafted outside the DO Rías Baixas yet within the privileged terroir of Meaño, authentically express the character of their origin.

Pedro Méndez Xuntanza Caíño/Espadeiro is a red wine, produced through meticulous hand selection of the caíño and espadeiro varieties, traditional foot treading, and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After maturing for 10 months in French oak barrels and refining in stainless steel tanks, the result is a vibrant, fresh, and genuine wine.
