Perelada Ex Ex 14 2019 is a red wine distinguished by its intense aromas of red fruits, accompanied by a spicy touch that evokes the Mediterranean essence. On the palate, it is fresh and dynamic, with an enveloping and rounded texture that grants it excellent fluidity. Its balance and acidity make it vibrant, while its persistent aftertaste reflects its complexity. This limited edition red wine, with only 1,622 bottles, stands out for its remarkable ageing potential, promising exceptional evolution over time.

About Perelada Ex Ex 14

The new vintage of one of the wines in the Ex Ex (Experiencias Excepcionales) collection. Perelada Ex Ex is an experimental series which includes the winery's best wines, which are the result of Perelada's continuous innovation and research. Every year, Perelada's oenologists produce small quantites of a large variety of wines, with the aim of exploring new ground in the art of wine. Only the best form part of the Ex Ex collection. 

This wine has been made using natural vinification, with native yeasts and without any added oenological products. The grapes come from the Finca de la Garriga where the winery's oldest vineyard can be found..

Perelada Ex Ex undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is aged in second year 300 litre barrels fom Allier for 15 months.

The mix of varieties, along with natural vinification and ageing in barrels results in a complex and agile wine. 2781 bottles have been produced.

2011 Elegant on the palate with good texture. Persistent finish.

A violet colour.

Aromas of wild herbs and red fruit.
2010 A very interesting red wine. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with medium structure. Firm and rounded tannins. Complex. Great ageing capacity.

Profound picota cherry colour with violet reflections. High robe. Clean and bright. Elegant tears on the glass.

Very elegant and clean nose. Aromas of ripe, dried black and red fruit accompanied with subtle and fresh balsamic touches and spicy, toasted notes.
2006 Very intense and very tasty and sweet attack, with a long mid palate in which the notes felt are noticed again with a high expressiveness and a good balance. It shows a perfect acidity which, along with the balsamic notes and the hints of menthol, provide the wine with a great freshness. This wine has excellent tannins and a very long and persistent finish. A great EXperience!

Intense and deep cherry colour with maroon edges. Clean, bright red wine with elegant tears.

Powerful, complex and seductive aromas. Its intense aromas of grass, aromatic herbs and menthol give way to intense notes of ripe black fruit mixed with creamy notes of vanilla and cacao and good toasted aromas reminiscent of the oak.
2005 Flavor is tasty while very fresh and persistent. It's a very balanced wine with good tannic structure and a distinct personality.
