Behind Mammamè is Pierfabio Mastronardi, a wine enthusiast who decided to establish his winery in 2017. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: to attend to every detail and create wines that speak with their own personality. From pruning to harvesting and bottling, everything is done with artisanal dedication. No artifices and authentic flavours that do not bend to market trends.

Pierfabio Mastronardi Mammamè Rosato is crafted from the local varieties primitivo and aleatico. Their grapes grow under the sun of Puglia, in nutrient-rich soils, and in a climate seemingly tailor-made for the vine. The harvest is conducted in the fresh morning breeze, tending to each bunch as if it were gold. Then, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed before fermenting in stainless steel to preserve all the freshness and fruity character. During fermentation, the wine rests on fine lees, gaining complexity and depth. After several months in steel tanks, an elegant, refined, and expressive rosé emerges, ready to captivate palates.
