Inspired by sunlit days and seaside cocktails, this champagne illustrates that elegance can also be spontaneous and playful.

Since its establishment in 1785, Piper-Heidsieck has woven a narrative of innovation and boldness, merging centuries of expertise with a creative spirit that defies boundaries. Its legacy is built upon the meticulous selection of its own vineyards and trusted collaborators, sustainable practices, and oenological mastery that ensures balanced, precise, and consistently surprising champagnes.

Piper-Heidsieck Riviera is crafted from a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier, with over 50 crus and a minimum of 25% reserve wines, controlled fermentation, and aging on lees for at least 24 months. Its Demi-Sec profile (35 grams of sugar per litre) enhances fresh notes of orange, lychee, and peach sorbet, combined with delicate hints of vanilla and fresh melon, allowing it to be enjoyed with ice without sacrificing flavour, resulting in a spontaneous, lively champagne full of character and highly versatile.
