Raventós i Blanc de la Finca 2022 is a sparkling wine that illuminates the glass with its bright, almost electric yellow hue, and its fine bubbles captivate both the eye and the spirit. On the nose, yeasts and Mediterranean herbs blend delicately, inviting one to take a deep breath and surrender to the experience. Upon tasting, its vibrant freshness and elegant precision unfurl generously, eliciting smiles and impromptu toasts, evoking those moments when a sip transforms any occasion into a celebration.

About Raventós i Blanc de la Finca

Raventós i Blanc de la Finca is a cava made by Raventós i Blanc, a winery with more than 500 years experience in the sector, located in the centre of the wine making area in Alt Penedès, the land of cava.  
The climate in Alt Penedès is Mediterranean, characterised by soft winters and warm and dry summers, where temperatures are fresh during the ripening period.
This cava is a coupage of varieties Xarel·lo (54%), Macabeu(30%) and Parellada (16%) grown on 9 plots located on the slopes of the Serral hill which is north/north east facing.
The vines are planted in poor limestone soils in organic matter.
An ecological viticulture is done in biodynamic transformation.
Composted manure is added in winter and a short pruning is done in the pots. There are observations of the vines to prevent diseases occurring and grapes are left out of the sun to avoid burns.
As for the production, once they have the grapes in the winery, they are slowly pressed at a low pressure. Afterwards, there is a static racking at low temperatures.
The first fermentation is in stainless steel deposits at a controlled temperature. Once they are assembled, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 3 years in rhyme.
Raventós i Blanc de la Finca represents the interaction between the soil, the microclimate, the plant, the animals and a human team; all of these factors influence the production of the cava.

Raventós i Blanc de la Finca 2020 is a sparkling wine with brioche and lemon aromas and elegant hints of yeast and lime. The palate is noble, mineral and fresh, with a distinctive Mediterranean character. Dry and fine-bubbled, it reveals complex notes of smoke, fennel and undergrowth. Acidity and maturity are balanced, creating a harmonious and balanced wine, with a creamy and enveloping texture.
2019

Raventós i Blanc De la Finca 2019 is a mature sparkling wine that exudes citrus and ripe white fruit aromas on the nose, with scents reminiscent of fine patisserie and subtle toasted and smoky nuances. Upon tasting, it reveals an ultra-fine mousse and a delightful citrusy freshness. This sparkling wine is creamy and well-structured, boasting an exquisite elegance.
2018

Raventós i Blanc de la Finca 2018 is a dry sparkling wine (less than 3 g/L of residual sugar). It presents a fruity bouquet with citrus undertones, complemented by toasted nuances, patisserie, and viennoiserie. On the palate, it is eloquent and vibrant, delectable and delightful. It boasts a protracted finish.
2011 On the palate it is fresh, elegant and pleasant. Excellent acidity. A long finish.

Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles that form a good crown.

On the nose it has white flower aromas, citrus notes and minerals.
2007 Elegant, intense and very refined cava. A cava that will seduce you from the beginning with its very fresh notes of fruit. The creamy background provided by the ageing is felt all along the palate. Good acidity and well integrated fizziness. Great finish.

Golden, bright and clean yellow colour with thin bubbles that form a good bubble stream that rises to the surface slowly.

Its intense notes of fresh fruit are released along with outstanding citrus notes and seductive aromas of white flower which appear on a deep background full of notes of nuts and creamy touches of bakery.
2006 Very elegant palate in which the aromas noticed in the nose become very expressive and fresh. Excellently balanced aromas, with a nicely integrated fizziness. Long mid palate with a very good finish.

Bright pale yellow colour with thin and abundant bubbles.

The very fresh and sweet notes of fruit take centre stage along with fresh hints of citrus mixed with nuts, toasted aromas and many creamy and buttery notes. Complex and intense aromatic set.
2004 The mouth confirms the good feelings with an aromatic broad an expansive and creamy and a bubble is very cool.

The aroma is led by a creamy, memories of a toast and ripe white fruit, is the thrill of the long crianzas.
