About Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva

Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva is a cava produced by the winery Rimarts in D.O. Cava.

Rimarts is located in San Sadurní d'Anoia, an area found in Alto Penedès (Barcelona). It is a family-run winery. They do not use modern techniques and methodologies to make traditional wines and cavas that are capable of expressing the particularities of its terroir in a natural way.

Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva is a coupage of the varieties Maccabeu, Parellada and Xarello. 

During its production, Rimarts Brut Nature Reserva was aged for a minimum of 24 months. Then it was disgorged in a traditional way to get rid of the lees from its second fermentation.
