About Ritme Celler Etern

Etern is a Priorat red wine produced by Acústic Celler from a selection of Grenache and Carignan grapes from incredibly old vines between 70 and 95 years old with low yields. Production is very limited with only 1660 bottles leaving the winery.
Acústic Celler aim to produce wines using native grape varieites in order to demonstrate the character of the area. The grapes are thoroughly selected and vinified according to the traditional process. Finally, this wine ages for 12 months in new Allier French oak barrels.

2021
Etern 2021 unfurls a captivating bouquet of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries and plums, interlaced with smoky and spicy undertones. On the palate, it reveals a robust concentration and vigor within a full-bodied structure, where tannins impart a subtly earthy texture. This red wine exudes the elegance of the Priorat's character, culminating in a dry and everlasting finish, true to its name.
 
2018

Etern 2018 is a cherry-hued red, robust and richly concentrated. The bouquet reveals ripe fruit, sweet spices, and dried florals. On the palate, it is fleshy and fruit-forward, delectably flavorful and harmonious, supported by well-rounded tannins. Exquisitely refined and sophisticated. The finish is enduring, meaty, and with a hint of the "wild."
2011 Both powerful and enjoyable in the mouth. Bulky, broad and complex on the palate. Ripe, velvety tannins. Long, slightly bitter aftertaste. At retro-olfaction aromas of black forest fruits, chocolate, toffee, balsamic and smoky sensations are felt with a mineral background.

Picota colour with a purple rim, high robe. Clean and bright.

Compex and concentrated nose. Black ripe fruit, balsamic notes, undergrowth, leather, smoky hints, touchs of slate and a spiced background.
