About Sin Palabras

Sin Palabras is a white wine from the Rias Baixas produced by Adegas Castrobrey. This is a single varietal Albariño.

Grapes come from old vines over 75 years old. They are situated on 12 acres of the highest part of the farm where the soil is shallow and granite.

The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes are carefully selected. A second selection process takes place also in the cellar. For the process, Sin Palabras is worked using advanced techniques such as criomaceration in controlled stainless steel tanks.

Sin Palabras goes through a fermentation process. A late bottling is finally made to bring out all its nuances.

Castrobrey Adegas is a family winery that was founded in 1983. Today it is the third generation that runs the business. This winery, located about 20 km from Santiago de Compostela, uses the climate of inner Galicia for the development of their wines.

Sin Palabras 2023 is a white wine that captivates with its crispness and lightness. As one brings the glass to the nose, a bouquet of green apple and citrus unfolds, interwoven with delicate hints of white blossoms. On the palate, its youthful essence gleams with a lively acidity and a pristine finish that beckons for another sip. Perfect for those in search of a refreshing and effortlessly enjoyable wine.
2014 Balanced and tasty, it is fruity. Good acidity and a long and persistent end.

Clean and beautiful yellow color.

Intense and fine. Aromas of apricot and floral notes. Pleasant herbaceous background.
2013 In the mouth it is very balanced, tasty and fruity. Acidity is perfectly balanced. Long finish.

The nose is intense and fine. There are apricot and peach aromas with floral notes. Pleasant herbal background.
2012 Exquisitely balanced acidity, infusing delightful vivacity. Fruit-forward, flavorful, with a moderately sustained finish.

Straw yellow, clear and luminous

Vibrant aromas, floral nuances, white fruit (apricot) with hints of citrus.
2011 On the palate this wine is fruity, tasty and very fresh. Good, bulky attack, elegant, silky and unctuous on the palate, with lots of citrus notes. Magnificent acidity, very well-integrated. Long and persistent finish. Very good value.

Pretty, pale, straw-yellow colour with light golden reflections. Clean and very bright.

Clean, intense and well-defined nose with lots of aromas of the grape variety. Fresh aromas, floral notes, white stone fruit, citrus and tropical touches, nice herbal notes and light balsamic notes in the background.
2010 Good entry, with a long journey very tasty and very fresh thanks to the tasty fruits, herbaceous and a lively acidity. Silky texture. Well structured and balanced wine with a long and persistent finish.

Very clean and bright pale straw yellow colour. Crystalline.

Intense and very pleasant aromas. The notes of very fresh white fruites are released along with a touch of yellow stone fruit and citrus notes on a delicate herbal background.
2009 Very tasty and elegant white wine from Rias Baixas with a smooth, very fresh, creamy and full bodied mid palate with notes of fruit and herbs and an excellent acidity that freshens the wine. Long and lingering finish, with a saline and bitter touch.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Clean, bright and glyceric wine.

Very attractive nose, with intense notes of stone fruit and a touch of citrus that are released on a huge herbal background. Once opened, some subtle and elegant floral touches are felt.
