About Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Difetto Perfetto

Do not persist. Do not exert yourself. Even if you set your mind to it, you will not succeed. It is impossible to find any flaw in Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Difetto Perfetto. What could possibly be amiss with this effervescent, crisp, and creamy sparkling wine? A slight deposit of lees at the bottom of the bottle? There's no cause for concern!

Specifically, this trace of dead yeast that may occasionally be found in the bottle is nothing but a testament to the high quality and natural processes adhered to during production. Behind all this labor, which sometimes spans years, stand Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca, two sisters who in the 1980s took over from their father at the family winery. Despite the prejudices (once again proving they are never beneficial), they have managed not only to thrive but to become one of the most outstanding and recognized wineries of DOCG Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. In this region, in the north of Italy — in the Veneto —, Sorelle Bronca boasts about 14 hectares of vineyards sprawled across the hills of the province of Treviso. In particular, Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Difetto Perfetto is born from the blend of two plots. On one hand, the Colbertaldo vineyard (with vines located on the left bank of the Piave River) and on the other, the Farrò (where the plants grow on a plain surrounded by forests). Both are quite special, mainly for several reasons: their elevation (between 270 and 350 meters above sea level), their cultivation (always respectful of the biodiversity of each plot), and the research efforts (with which the winery seeks to improve and ensure the future of the business). Only in this way, by combining all these factors, do Sorelle Bronca produce the finest clusters of glera, bianchetta, and perera.

The secondary fermentation in the bottle is crucial for Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Difetto Perfetto. By adhering to this traditional method, the base wine can boast the incredible texture that its bubbles provide on the palate. However, unlike other wineries that follow the same production process, Sorelle Bronca Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Difetto Perfetto is not disgorged, allowing those dead yeasts to remain inside the bottle. What could possibly go wrong with such a wonder?
