In this privileged corner of the Colli Asolani (Veneto), you'll find Tenuta Costeselle, a small vinous gem nestled in Castelcucco. A project that honours the rhythm of nature, the value of tradition, and the potential of the glera grape when cultivated with care and vinified with precision.

The hillside vineyards, with their steep slopes, necessitate manual labour at every stage, from pruning to harvest. Yet, it is not merely a practical matter, but a statement of principles. Likewise, the winemaking is as meticulously attended to as the cultivation. Gentle pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperatures, aging of the base wine at 8°C with batonnage, and a refermentation following the Charmat method for 60 days at 16°C.

As a result, Tenuta Costeselle Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is a fine, fresh, vibrant sparkling wine with an aromatic purity that speaks directly of the terroir.
