About Torelló Brut Rosat

Torello Brut Rosat is a pink sparkling wine produced by the Torello winery in Corpinnat. The land for the production of wine and sparkling wine from this winery are the Villa Sant Martí, located in the Penedès region.

Torello Brut Rosat is made from Pinot Noir. Its vineyards are grown in calcareous clay soils low in organic matter.

The grape enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate with an average temperature of 16°C, an average rainfall of 460 mm/year concentrated in the spring and autumn.

Regarding the development of Torello Brut Rosado, there is a manual harvest and a careful selection of grapes. Once in the winery, a gentle pressing is performed to obtain the flower must. Later there is a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a second in the bottle. Finally, the sparkling wine ages for 18 months. During this stage it is moved manually.

2011 The palate is intense, with a good entry, a flexible route marked by a well integrated carbonic feel, good acidity, long finish. Aromatic, fruity and floral aftertaste.

Raspberry coloured, clean and bright, has a fine bubble with a steady ascent.

Intense, clean and very aromatic nose. Aromas of ripe red fruit and floral notes intermixed with mild balsamic notes.
2010 Intense on the palate with good attack. Smooth movement in the mouth, very well-integrated fizziness, good acidity and a long and persistent finish. Very aromatic at retro-olfaction, with fruity and floral notes being felt.

Raspberry colour, clean and bright. Fine, constantly rising bubbles.

Intense, clean and very aromatic nose. Aromas of ripe red fruit appear, mixed with floral notes and light balsamic touches.
2006 Flavor is tasty, full, fresh with notes of fresh strawberries. Well integrated and consistent bubble. Long finish. Original.

Intense pink color and elegant.

Fresh on the nose, intensely fruity, with a delicate floral tones.
