Fino wine, the full body, the pungent aromas and the tastiness of Jerez.

Fino wine, like its generous brothers, is typical of the Andalusian areas of Marco de Jerez and Montilla-Moriles. Made with Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes, it follows the same process as the Olorosos until in sobretablas its destiny is decided as a Fino wine, depending on the characteristics that present. These wines have a pale golden tone with aromatic and dry flavours, and are excellent as the perfect companion to an appetiser with Iberian sausages, tapas and seafood. It is not surprising therefore that Fino wines can be seen in many of the terraces of Andalusian bars, to the delight of their fans.
